The upgrade will substantially improve privacy, security and care available to residents. The works will consist of demolition and stripping out, construction of a new lift shaft, major services upgrade, heritage façade restoration, alterations to the ground and first floors to incorporate additional offices, commercial kitchen, a café, multi-function rooms, and the complete refurbishment of the residential accommodation rooms on the upper levels.
